D3R advanced computer-aided drug discovery by facilitating the exchange of high-quality protein-ligand datasets and workflows while organizing community prediction challenges that were blinded to participants. The project aimed to improve drug discovery technology through shared data resources and to enable community-wide computational prediction competitions.
